【摘要】 目的 :观察针刺与美沙酮合用对吗啡戒断大鼠戒断症状的影响 ,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :复制吗啡戒断模型 ,观察比较戒断组、美沙酮组、针刺组和美沙酮 +针刺组的体质量、戒断症状的变化。结果 :与戒断组比较 ,美沙酮组、针刺组体质量明显增加 ,戒断症状积分明显降低 ,针刺 +美沙酮组的戒断症状积分与戒断组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :针刺与美沙酮合用对抑制戒断症状起到协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with methadone in improving morphine withdrawal symptoms in rats ,and to provide experimental basis for clinical application. Method: Rat abstinence syndrome model was established by continuous muscular injection of morphine to the hind limbs for 15 days. The model rats were divided into abstinence syndrome group, methadone group, acupuncture group and acupuncture combined with methadone group. The effects of body weight and withdrawal symptoms were observed in every group. Result: As compared with abstinence syndrome group, body weight obviously increased,and the scores for withdrawal symptoms obviously decreased after acupuncture and methadone treatment.What’s more, there was a significant difference in scores for withdrawal symptoms after acupuncture combined with methadone treatment (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with methadone has a suppressive effect on withdrawal symptoms.更多还原
