百肤青抗铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的作用

【摘要】 目的 :观察百肤青体外抗铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的作用。方法 :通过琼脂稀释法测定铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度 (minimalinhibitoryconcentration ,MIC) ,用改良平板法建立体外铜绿假单胞菌生物膜并检定不同MIC浓度的抗铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的作用 ,扫描电镜确认。结果 :4种不同MIC的百肤青都有抗铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的作用。结论 :中药复方百肤青由于其有抗铜绿假单胞菌生物膜的作用 ,不仅可用于治疗细菌性阴道病 (bacterialvaginosis ,BV) ,还有预防BV的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the in vivo effects of Baifuqing against pseudomonas aeruginosa in biofilm. Method: The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Baifuqing for pseudomonas aeruginosa was determined with serial dilution test.The biofilm of pseudomonas aeruginosa was established using modified plate assay. The various levels of MIC of this drug for pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected, and then scanning electron microscope was employed to define the effects. Result: Baifuqing in four levels of MIC was effective against biofilm. Conclusion: Baifuqing plays a positive role in treating and preventing bacterial vaginosis as a result of resisting pseudomonas aeruginosa in biofilm.
