【摘要】 目的　改进制备复方苯甲酸酊并建立质量控制方法。方法　取苯甲酸、水杨酸溶于乙醇中 ,再加入碘酊、甘油、液化苯酚和薄荷 ,75 %乙醇加至 1 0 0 0ml,摇匀、过滤即得。结果　改进后的复方苯甲酸酊溶液治疗效果明显优于原处方 ,破溃面收敛时间缩短、化脓性感染得到有效控制 ,止痒消炎。结论　本制剂制备容易 ,质量稳定 ,控制方法快速、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To prepare of prescription tinctrua benzenecarboxvlic acid to establish a method for its quality control.Methods Benzenecarboxvlic acid and Salicylic Acid was dissolved into ethanol before tinctura iodi,Glycerin ,liquid phenol and peppermint was added into it. Then the volume was added to 1000 ml with 75% ethanol.After that ,it was shaked equally and filtered .Results Terapeutic efficacy of tinctura benzenecarboxvlic acid which was improved was obviously better than original prescription. The astringent time of destroyed surface was shortened.nonspecific infection canbe controlled effectively.It has the effect of stopping tickle and eliminating inflammation.Conclusion The preparation of clobetasol propionate gel was simple and its quality was stable.
