【摘要】 目的　观察尿液十项分析仪 (简称尿仪 )与显微镜检测 (简称镜检 )尿中红细胞的相关性。方法　住院患者送检的晨尿标本 1 4 2 1份 ,同时进行两种方法检测 ,将结果分析比较。结果　两种方法的总符合率为 85 4 % ,其中阴性完全符合率为 1 0 0 % ,阳性完全符合率为 1 4 8%。结论　尿仪检测的的敏感性明显高于镜检 ,尿仪检测BLD≤ 1 +,可忽略镜检 ;>1 +则必须镜检 ;明显不符时 ,应结合临床综合判断 ,必要时与医师保持联系更多还原
