【摘要】 目的　探讨急性胆囊炎少见合并症的诊治体会。方法　分析 2 3例临床症状不典型的急性胆囊炎引起黄疸、黑便、贫血及胃肠造影改变等临床情况。结果　 2 3例患者均经手术治疗 ,其中 15例为胆囊有部分坏疸 ,8例呈化脓性炎症改变 ,其中 17例胆囊内有结石。 18例行胆囊切除术 ,3例行胆囊部分切除 ,2例行胆囊切开取石 +胆囊造瘘术。术后均未发生其它并发症。结论　黄疸、黑便、贫血及胃肠造影改变等不典型临床情况可以由严重胆囊炎症引起 ,以上情况若经正规保守治疗效果不佳 ,一旦B超或CT等检查提示胆囊炎症明显且能排除肿瘤及内科其它疾患引起以上情况应及时考虑手术处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the experience of thetheraping the acute cholecystitis that have no-typical symptom complication.Methods Analying the 23 acute cholecystitis cases have no-typical symptom such as icterus ,black dejecta, anaemia,and change of the alimemery tract image. Results The total of 23 cases,15 case’s cholecystt was gangrene.8 cases’s cholecyst was serious inflmmation ,17 case was diagnosed as having cholecystolithiasis.the method of operation:18 cases was done cholecystectmy.3 cases was donepart-cholecystectomy.2 cases was done cholecystostmy.all of the cases There was no postoperative complication. Conclusion Someno-typical symptom such as icterua.Black dejecta,anaemia,change of the alimenery tract image could be arise by serious cholecytitis and could not be healed by general mediacl theraping.so we advice that the case that have no-typical symptom was diagnosed by Ctor and other methods if could Exclude from the tumor and other diease medical.reason.should be do operation betimes.更多还原
