【摘要】 目的　探讨糖尿病对心脏植物神经功能的影响。方法　对 44例 2型糖尿病患者行以下心血管反射试验 :安静时心率 (A)、立卧位心率差 (B -A)、深呼吸心率改变 (HRV)、3 0∶15比值、乏氏动作指数及立卧位收缩压差等 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果　糖尿病组B -A、3 0∶15、HRV、乏氏动作指数及立卧位收缩压差的异常率与对照组相比明显升高 ,差异有统计学意义 (除立卧位收缩压差P <0 .0 5外 ,其余均P <0 .0 0 1)。另外 ,糖尿病组中 ,反映迷走神经病变的B -A、3 0∶15、HRV、乏氏动作指数的异常率明显高于反映交感神经病变的立卧位收缩压差的异常率 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 2型糖尿病患者心脏植物神经病变的发生率高 ,以迷走神经损害为主更多还原

【Abstract】 Oblective To explore the effect of diabetes on cardiac autonomic function.Methods Autonomic reflex tests were performed in 44 patients with type 2 diabetes and 38 healthy subjects:(1)heart rate at rest (A);(2)heart rate variation during lying to standing (B-A);(3)heart rate variation during deep brathing (HRV);(4)30/15 ratio;(5)Valsalva ratio;and(6)systolic blood pressure variation during lying to standing.Results The abnormalities of the above six indices significantly increased in patients with type 2 diabetes( P <0.001),except for systolic blood pressure variation during lying to standing( P <0.05)),comparde with the controls.In addition,the abnormalities of the first five indices were significant higher than that of the last index.Conclusion There was a high incidence of cardiac autonomic neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes,mainly presented by impairment of parasympathetic nerve.更多还原
