【摘要】 目的　评价经腹结合经阴道超声在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法　回顾性总结了 194例临床确诊的异位妊娠患者的经腹及经阴道超声表现。结果　经腹超声对异位妊娠的诊断准确率为 91.3 5 %,经腹结合经阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断准确率为 97.78%。结论　经腹结合经阴道超声对异位妊娠的诊断价值较高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To make a studly of transabdomensonographic together with transvaginal ultrasound in order to find out the function of ectopic pregnancy diagnoses.Methods To sun up 194 clinical symptoms of the above-mentioned cases.Results The accuracy of diagnosis by transabdomen sonographic is 91.35% and the accuraly of diagnosis by the combination of both methodsis 97.78%.Conclusions The combination of this method is preferablein ectopic pregnancy diagnosis.更多还原
