铣削加工残余应力研究的基本理论和方法
The foundations’ theory and methods in studying the machining residual stress
【摘要】 数控铣削加工变形问题是自动化制造领域的瓶颈问题,铣削过程的复杂性及引起变形的多因素性使加工变形问题很难得到精确的解析解.在相关课题研究的基础上,利用有限元模拟技术分析,计算了影响机械零件加工变形的不均衡残余应力场,给出了这一课题的研究方法和研究结果,为抑制加工变形提供科学手段.
【Abstract】 The machining distortion by cutting is a key problem in the AUTO-machining field. The complicacy of milling process and multi-factors for distortion make it difficult to give a precise explanation. This paper, based on the correlative study, uses FEM technology to analyze and calculate the imbalance Residual Stress field which cause the distortion. The studying method and result are given. Then the scientific means is offered for restraining the distortion.
