【Abstract】 This paper reviews the history of three times technical progresses for converter steelmaking, introduces technology development, classification and main metallurgical characteristics of converter steelmaking, describes the application situation of combined blowing technology for converters in the world and puts forward three suggestions which should be developed in related steelmaking plants including less slag steelmaking, high efficiency combined blowing and dynamic control at the end point of blowing.更多还原
