LF精炼及后道工序钢中氮、氧含量控制技术研究
Study on Controlling Nitrogen and Oxygen Content in Liquid Steel during LF Refining and Later Sequence
【摘要】 论述了各种不同工艺技术对控制钢中较低氮、氧含量水平的作用。指出 ,LF炉采用泡沫渣工艺和连铸保护浇铸 ,可有效降低钢中的氮含量 ;采用 LF炉渣洗工艺及控制钢水的浇铸温度等措施 ,对降低钢中的氧含量有明显的效果
【Abstract】 The effect of all kinds of technique on controlling Nitrogen and Oxygen content in liquid steel to lower level is explained. This paper points out: Nitrogen content in liquid steel can be efficiently reduced after adopting foamed slag in LF and using protective measurements while casting, adopting slag washing technique in LF and controlling casting temperature of liquid steel can obviously reduce oxygen content.
