全程振动注塑对PP力学性能影响的研究
RESEARCH ON THE EFFECT OF WHOLE-COURSE VIBRATION INJECTION MOLDING ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PP
【摘要】 以实际生产条件为前提 ,在频率 0~ 12Hz、振幅 0~ 0 .2 8mm范围内研究了振动对聚丙烯 (PP)力学性能和冲击断面形态结构的影响。结果表明 ,PP的力学性能对振动参数的响应并不完全是一个单调趋势 ,而是存在一个最佳的响应范围 ;全程振动注塑能够同时提高PP的拉伸强度和冲击强度 ,最大增幅分别为 17%和 2 7%。
【Abstract】 Under the conditions of factual manufacture, the effects of vibration parameters induding frequency ranged from 0 to 12 Hz and amplitude ranged from 0 to 0.28 mm on the mechanical properties and impact section morphology structures of PP are investigated. The results show that the response of mechanical properties to vibration parameters is not totally monotone, but existing a best responding range. The whole-course vibration injection molding can simultaneously improve the tensile strength and impact strength, which can be respectively increased by 17% and 27%.
