复合碳粉代煤粉在型砂中的应用研究

【摘要】 采用镇江焦化煤气集团公司开发的复合碳粉代替湿型砂煤粉进行的试验研究表明:复合碳粉代替煤粉,可稳定和提高型砂质量,提高铸件的表面质量,并使铸件易于清理;复合碳粉在型砂中的有效含量应控制在0 9%~1 1%;复合碳粉在浇注过程中的烧减量约为12%。

【Abstract】 An investigation was carried out on using compound carbon powder developed by Zhenjiang Coking Gas Group Company as a substitute for seacoal as additive for green mould sand. The result revealed that, by replacing seacoal with compound carbon powder, the mould sand quality and surface quality of castings could be stably increased, and the castings were easily to be cleaned. The active content of compound carbon powder in mould sand should be kept in the range of 0 9%~1 1%. The loss ignition of compound carbon powder during pouring process was about 12%.
