消失模铸造水平变截面型腔干砂的充填紧实特性

【摘要】 测试了干砂在振动条件下充填和紧实时对模样内腔壁的动态压力,干砂对模样壁的动态压力可间接反映此处干砂的紧实程度。并对模样水平内腔干砂的充填紧实的规律性进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of sand filling and compaction to horizontal varied section cavity on EPC were introduced.The dynamic pressure on varied section cavity wall of pattern in the process of sand filling and compaction under vibration was tested.The dynamic pressure can reflect indirectly the compacting degree of sand here. The regularity of filling and compaction for sand in horizontal cavity of pattern on EPC was discussed.
