基于UG的三维压铸型CAD系统的研究与开发
Research and Development on Three Dimensional CAD System of Die Casting Mold Based on UG
【摘要】 在UG系统上开发了三维压铸型CAD系统。它揽括了压铸型设计的全过程:工艺参数选择、分型面确定、浇注系统设计、成形零件设计和压铸型结构零件设计等模块。该系统具有:一致友好的人机交互界面,操作简便,高度模块化和集成化;系统采用了开放式结构,便于二次开发形成专用系统以及具有强大的出图功能等特点。
【Abstract】 A 3D CAD system of die casting mold based on UG mainly includes such modules as technologic parameters selection, layout positional decision, pouring system design, molding parts design, frame parts design, and so on. The CAD system is characterized with the friendly and unanimous manmachine interaction interface, the simple and convenient operation, and the high modularization and integration. An opening structure is used in this system, which has a good capability of the secondary development and 2D drawings output.
