用数值模拟方法研究反向凝固主要工艺参数对母带厚度的影响
Studying Main Technical Parameters Effect on Strip Thickness in Inverse Casting Crystallizer by Numerical Simulation
【摘要】 根据连续统一模型建立了描述反向凝固结晶器中的流动与传热的数学模型,计算出了反向凝固结晶器中母带厚度的变化规律,并进一步研究了反向凝固主要工艺参数对母带厚度变化的影响情况。计算结果表明采用数值模拟求解结果与实验数据是吻合的。
【Abstract】 According to continuum model, the mathematical model of flow and heat transfer in inverse casting crystallizer was built. And then on the basis of the model, the change law of strip thickness was calculated and how main technical parameters affected the change of strip thickness were studied. The results above were correspondent with the experiment data.
