【摘要】 目的:研究人参四逆汤各部分提取物对大鼠失血性休克的药理作用。方法:以失血性休克大鼠为实验对象,将动物分为对照组及人参四逆汤11个不同提取物给药组,观察人参四逆汤不同提取物对失血性休克大鼠血压、心率、生存时间及生存百分率的影响。结果:附子乙醚提取物+干姜乙醚提取物（F₇+F₈）、人参四逆汤乙醚提取物（S₁）、人参四逆汤（上柱）70%乙醇洗脱液（S₇）可缓解失血性休克,其中 F₇+F₈可使失血性休克动物血压明显升高,动物存活时间明显延长,存活百分率明显提高。结论:人参四逆汤中 F₇+F₈、S₁、S₇三个不同提取物对恢复大鼠失血性休克有明显作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the pharmacological effect of various extracts of Ginseng-Sini Decoction（GSSD） on hemorrhagic shock （HS） in rats.Methods:HS rats were divided into control and GSSD （11 extracts） treated group to observe the effects of extracts of GSSD on the blood pressure,heart rate,survival time,survival precentage of HS rats.Results:The ether extract of aconitum carmichaeli + ether extract of dry ginger（F₇+F₈）,ether extract of GSSD （S₁）,70% ether eluant of GSSD（S₇）could remit the HS,F₇+F₈ could obviously elevate the blood pressure of HS,the survival time markedly prolonged,survival percentage obviously raised.Conclusion:The extract of F₇+F₈,S₇ and S₇ could significantly recover the.HS of rats.更多还原
