【Abstract】 It is described in the present paper that a very detailed investigation on the morphology and nature of the hard spots, and various kinds of nonmetallic and metallic inclusion in the hard areas of aluminum die castings. It also discusses the origins and possible causes of forming these inclusions. All kinds of test has been done to remove and prevent the hard spot. Therefore, the preventive measures have been suggested.更多还原
