铸铁水平连铸的2次喷冷

【摘要】 通过试验 ,探索了 2次喷冷技术在水平连续铸造铸铁型材生产中的应用。采用该技术生产各种规格的铸铁型材平均生产率可提高 1 0 %～ 50 % ,废品率平均下降 5 %～ 1 0 %。

【Abstract】 Application technology of quadric spray cooling on production of horizontal continuous casting for cast iron is analyzed by test. The practices show that the producing rate of all kinds of cast iron is increased 10%～50%, the reject rate is also reduced 5%～10%.
