热轧薄板机轴瓦低镍高锰铜合金的研究和应用
Study and Application on the Bearing Alloy Heating Rolling Mill for Thin Plates
【摘要】 从分析热轧薄板机轴瓦的工作特点和失效形式出发 ,论证Al、Mn、Zn等元素对合金组织和性能的影响 ,确定合金的最佳成分。该合金经 82 0℃ /1h淬火 ,综合力学性能大幅度提高 ,寿命由原来的 3 6h提高到 72h。
【Abstract】 The authors analyzed working characteristics and failure type of the bearings of heating mill for thin plates and discussed the effects of Al?Mn?Zn elements on alloy type, microstructure texture and properties in this paper. The optimum component of the alloy was determined .By quenching at 820 ℃/1 h mechanical properties of the alloy with optimum component can be raised remarkably, lifetime of the bearing made of the alloy increases from 32 h to 72 h.
