利用尼龙66盐副产品生产新型造纸湿强剂MPPE-1
Systhesis of Wet-strengthening Agent by Mixed Dibasic Acid Nylon 66 by-product
【摘要】 利用中国神马尼龙66盐副产品混合二元酸〔含w(丁二酸)=24.17%、w(戊二酸)=64.78%、w(己二酸)=11.38%〕和二乙烯三胺、表氯醇反应,合成造纸湿强剂聚混合酰胺聚胺表氯醇(MPPE-1)。研究了合成过程中反应物之间的摩尔比、反应物浓度对产品性能的影响。本文的创新点就是利用尼龙66盐的副产品混合二元酸代替纯品的有机二元酸生产MPPE-1造纸湿强剂。
【Abstract】 Polyamide-polyamine-epichlorohydrin (MPPE-1) is synthesized by mixed dibasic acid of nylon 66 by-product reacting diethylene triamine and epichlorohydrin.Sythesis method is improved.Effects of molar ratio of reactant?concentration of reactant to reaction product were studied.It charactered by IR.It is bring forth new ideas that mixed dibasic acid of nylon 66 by product replace pure dibasic acid produced wet-strengthening agent.
