【摘要】 分析了传统的工期优化方法存在的不足 ,考虑建设项目提前投产的经济效益、缩短工期减少承包商固定资产占用带来的效益、缩短工期减少投资项目的固定资产及流动资金的占用时间给业主带来的资金时间价值等因素 ,建立了工期优化的理论模型 ,与传统的工期—成本优化方法进行了比较分析 ,并给出了实用的优化方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The limitation and shortage of the traditional time-limit optimization method are analyzed firstly in this paper. Considering the economic benefit from putting into production in advance, the benefit from reducing the fixed assets occupancy of contractors due to time shortening and the capital-time value from reducing the occupancy time of fixed assets and flowing capital of the owner as well as time shortening, the theory model of time limit optimization is established and compared with the traditional time-limit optimization method.
