基于CAPP需求的发动机五气门气缸盖特征信息模型分析

【摘要】 在综合国内外CAD/CAM技术及特征技术研究的基础上 ,针对发动机五气门气缸盖产品的结构和加工制造的特点 ,对发动机五气门气缸盖产品的特征信息模型进行了分析研究 ,提出五气门气缸盖产品的特征定义、特征分类及各类特征之间的联系、各类特征的描述 ,并应用Pro/Engineer作为基础软件环境 ,实现了产品特征信息模型的建立。

【Abstract】 Based on the development of CAD/CAM and feature modeling technology at home and abroad,and according to the characteristics of the structure and the manufacturi ng procedure of 5 V motor’s cylinder head, the feature information model of 5 V motor’s cylinder head is analyzed in this article,meanwhile the corre sponding feature definition, feature classification methods, feature relationshi p and feature description are given. Pro/Engineer is selected as the basic so ftware environment, the information feature modeling is realized at last.
