试议高校教学管理队伍建设

【摘要】 根据目前高校教学管理队伍的基本现状及对高校教学管理队伍人员的基本要求,就如何加强高校教学管理队伍建设问题作了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 In line with the current situation and the basic requirements of the teaching management personnel of universities, this paper makes an initial probe into the of the qualities and improvement of the teaching management personnel of universities.
