【摘要】 均热炉的加热过程模拟系统是CSP生产线组织性能预报软件的重要组成部分 ;介绍了珠钢均热炉加热过程模拟系统所采用的板坯温度场模型、奥氏体晶粒长大模型及其实际模型效果 ,同时探讨了氧化铁皮对传热的影响

【Abstract】 The reheating process simulation system of reheating furnace is the important component of microstructure and performance prediction software of CSP production line of Zhujiang Iron and Steel Co.The models and simulation results of slab temperature field and austenite grain growth during reheating were introduced.At the same time,the effect of the oxide scale on the heat transfer was also discussed.
