【摘要】 为制备高含量d α 生育酚 ,采用维生素E与甲醇通过催化法使非α 生育酚转变为α 生育酚。优化的工艺条件为 :催化剂用量 4 % ,时间 2 5h ,温度 2 2 0℃ ,搅拌转速 70 0r/min。在此条件进行试验验证 ,得到产品的α 生育酚含量为 93 16 % ,维生素E的收率为 81 6 8%。更多还原

【Abstract】 A process for the converting non α tocopherol to d α tocopherol by catalytic methylation with methanol was reported.The optimal conditions were as following: the concentration of catalyst 4% (W/W),reaction time 2.5 h,temperature 220℃ and the agitation speed 700 r/min.Under the optimal conditions,the α tocopherol content and Vitamina E recovery in the final product were 93.16% and 81 68% respectively.更多还原
