【摘要】 目的　分析对比二维超声 ,彩色多普勒血流显像 (CDFI)及CA12 5的准确性 ,为卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断寻求最佳方法。方法　术前应用二维超声及CDFI对 72例附件肿块进行形态结构观察及血流分析 ,测定最小RI值 ,同时抽取外周血测定CA12 5 ,并与术后组织学对比。结果　①二维超声可以对具有典型征象的良性肿瘤作出正确诊断 ;②卵巢良恶性肿瘤之间RI及CA12 5值有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;③以上述三种方法逐一筛选检出良性病变 ,敏感性 96.15 % ,特异性95 .65 %。结论　二维超声辅以CDFI及CA12 5测定 ,以逻辑排除法鉴别卵巢良恶性肿瘤能提高诊断准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the diagnostic accuracies of sonography,color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI),and serum CA125,and to provide the best methed for distinguishing between benign and malignant ovarian masses. Methods Seventy-two cases of ovarian masses were examined.The characteristics of ultrasound morphology,minimum resistance index (RImin)detected by CDFI,as well as serum level of CA125 measured by solid-phase immunoradimetricassary were analyed and compared with histopathologic findings. Results ①The benign ovarian lesions which had typical sonographic features might be diagnosed correctly.②Between benign and malignant ovarian lesions,the RImin and the serum levels of CA125 had significant difference ( P <0.01).③To detect benign lesions from all ovarian masses based on the above three diagnositic modalities,the logical exclusiveness methods had sensitivity 96.15%,specifity 95.65%. Conclusion By combinating sonography with CDFI and serum CA125,the logical exclusiveness methods were accurate in distinguishing between benign and malignant ovarian lesions.更多还原
