不合理使用喹诺酮类药物的门诊处方分析

【摘要】 目的 :调查分析我院门诊喹诺酮类药物的不合理使用情况。方法 :抽取我院 2 0 0 0年 3月至 2 0 0 1年 1 2月间的门诊处方 ,分析其中不合理使用喹诺酮类药物的处方。结果与结论 :我院喹诺酮类药物的利用基本合理 ,但仍有某些问题应加以改进。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate and analyse the unreasonable using situition of quinolones in the recipes of out patient department of our hospital.Method: 52809 outpatient prescriptions of our hospital from Mar 2000 to Dec 2001 were selected and analyzed.Result and Conclusion: This analysis showed that the use of the quinolones was basically in good sitaition,but some problems still were needed to improve.
