【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of isoniazid on pharmacokinetics of isoniazid to rifampin. Method: Cross over randomized design(two periods, two preparation) was employed by law of comparison oneself and the pharmacokintic parameters were compared by animal test. Results: The results showed that no bad effect was found when the two drugs were administered in combination. Conclusion: This study can offer a valuable reference for clinic therapy.更多还原
