【Abstract】 The paper discusses the reason why network convergence and service convergence have not been fully realized, and presents considerations on issues related to the key technologies of IP telecom network, such as network model, addressing mode, QoS, etc. Crucial points in building the telecom-level integrated service access network and premise network and realizing service convergence are also overviewed in the paper.更多还原
