ZnO/聚苯胺复合膜的制备和性能表征
Preparation and Characterization of ZnO/PANI Composite Film
【摘要】 采用电化学组装法 (ECA)和溶胶 凝胶法 (sol gel)的联用技术在对胺基苯硫酚 (PATP ,ρ aminothiophenol) Au电极上制备ZnO 聚苯胺(PANI ,polyaniline)复合膜 ,并用TEM ,SEM ,XPS等对ZnO溶胶和ZnO PANI复合膜进行表征。同时还利用紫外 可见吸收光谱、荧光光谱和光电流谱研究了ZnO胶体、ZnO微粒膜和ZnO PANI复合膜的性能。结果表明 ,ZnO PANI复合膜具有优良的发光性能和光电化学转换效率 ,可作为发光纳米材料和处理含有甲基橙的废水
【Abstract】 A ZnO/PANI composite film on PATP/Au was prepared by electrochemical assembly and sol gel technique TEM, SEM, XPS et al were used to characterize the ZnO sol and ZnO/PANI composite film The property of ZnO sol, ZnO particulate film and ZnO/PANI composite film were also studied by UV/Vis absorbance spectra, fluorescence spectra and spectra of photocurrent The results show that the ZnO/PANI composite film has excellent luminescent performance and high photoelectrochemical conversion efficiency, which can be industrially used for luminescent nanomaterials and treating wastewater containing methyl orange
