【摘要】 介绍了电子束熔炼炉、钽铌真空垂熔烧结炉、高真空钽片炉、高真空退火炉、真空蒸馏炉等稀有及难熔金属高温炉的技术参数、结构及其特点

【Abstract】 The chief specifications, construction and performance of the high temperature vacuum furnace for rare metals were introduced, such as electron beam melting furnace, vacuum vertical furnace for Ta and/or Nb, high temperature furnace heated by Ta strip, vacuum annealing furnace, and vacuum distilling furnace.
