【摘要】 目的　探讨 Wernicke脑病的临床特征及误诊原因 ,减少误诊发生。方法　对误诊误治的 5例 Wernicke脑病临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　 5例早期分别误诊为病毒性脑炎、脑动脉硬化症、精神分裂症 ,误诊率 13.89%。结论　医生对本病认识不足是误诊的主要原因。提高认识仔细分析病情 ,是减少误诊的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of Wernicke′s encephalopathy and the reasons of misdiagnosis in order to reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.Methods The clinical data of 5 cases of misdiagnoses and mistreatments were analyzed retrospectively.Results 5 cases with Wernicke′s encephalopathy at earlier period were misdiagnosed as viral encephalitis, cerebral arteriosclerosis,and schizophrenia respectively, with misdiagnosis rate being 13.89%. Conclusion The main reason for misdiagnosis was lack of full understanding of Wernicke′s encephalopathy. It could be avoided by improved awareness of Wernicke′s encephalopathy and thorough analysis of state of the illness.更多还原
