【摘要】 目的　探讨有腹部手术史的病人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的某些特点。　方法　回顾分析 34例有腹部手术史的患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。　结果　 34例中 33例顺利完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术 ,仅 1例中转开腹手术。　结论　对有腹部手术史的病人行腹腔镜胆囊切除术是可行的 ,但穿刺孔选择、气腹、粘连的分离应予以注意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study characteristics of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) for patients with previous abdominal surgical history. Methods The clinical data of 34 patients with previous abdominal surgical history performed by LC were reviewed retrospectively. Results LC was successfully performed in 33 cases and 1 case was converted to open operation. Conclusions It is feasible to operate LC on patients with previous abdominal surgical history, but the selection of trocar position, completion of pneumoperitoneum and dissection of adhesion should be empharsized.更多还原
