【摘要】 目的 :对新乡市卫生监督体制改革效果进行评价。方法 :通过对新乡市卫生监督体制改革 12年来工作开展情况及有关数据进行比较分析。结果 :①改革总体效果良好 ,达到了预期目的 ;②这次改革存在一些不足和缺陷 ,如对疾病控制机构带来较大冲击。结论 :建立适应社会主义市场经济需求的卫生监督和疾病控制体系是历史的必然 ,在深化改革的进程中 ,必须统筹兼顾 ,均衡发展。完善疾病控制机构补偿机制和规范卫生监督工作是今后应关注的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives. To assess the effect of reform of health supervision system in Xinxiang. Methods. To comparatively analyze development of reform of health supervision system during past 12 years in Xinxiang and relevant data. Results. The general effect of the reform is good and the expected goal is achieved. The reform has some shortages and defects. For instance, there is adverse effect on disease control institutions. Conclusions. It is necessary to establish the health supervision and disease control system that meets the need of socialistic market economy. The reform is deepened with the principle of overall consideration and balance development. Perfecting the compensatory mechanism for disease control institution and standardizing health supervision should be highlighted in the future.更多还原
