【摘要】 基因芯片即DNA系列 (DNAmicroarray) ,主要包括cDNA微列阵与寡聚核苷酸微列阵两种类型。基因芯片技术即DNA微列阵技术是近年来在生命科学技术领域中 ,迅速发展起来的一项探索基因组功能的高新技术。本文简要综述了基因芯片、表达谱芯片技术的概念、原理、分类和制作方法 ,以及基因芯片技术在植物病害研究中的应用前景

【Abstract】 Gene chip is also called DNA microarray, mainly including cDNA microarray and oligonucletide microarray. Gene chip technology, that is DNA microarray technology, is also a kind of high technology developed rapidly in the field of life science and technology presently. In this paper, authors respectively reviewed the technologies’ concepts, principles, classificaion, and ways of production of gene chip and expression profile chip. The potential application of gene chip in the research of plant disease was also discussed.
