【Abstract】 To exploit the West China,only taking advantages of nation’s policies and the incline of the capital from overseas was not enough.To take advantages of the rich natural resources and to develop itself in its own,best way was most important of all.Therefore,our ture aim to exploit was to draw in the advancing technology and to stimulate the exploit.At last,it could be in the normal distribution circulatory system.The author analyzed and approach the perspectives of the morden RS technology,which took a new and important part in the exploitation of West China,in the hope of providing some advice for the agencies related.更多还原
