【摘要】 荷斯坦泌乳牛尿、乳酮体的酮粉法定性试验表明 :尿酮阳性率为 2 9.2 5 % ,乳酮阳性率为 10 %。尿、乳阳性牛的血酮、血糖、乳酮、尿酮定量测定表明 :酮粉法判定泌乳奶牛亚临床酮病 ,尿酮阳性反应具有早期、敏感、准确性低的特点。乳酮阳性反应具有准确、敏感性低、方便等特点。二者同时定性检测具有互补作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ketone body of lactating Holstein cows in urine and milk is detected quantitatively and qualitatively. Results shown: positive percentage of urine ketone body is 10% and that of milk ketone body is 29.25% by method of ketone body powder.The blood glucose,ketone body in urine,milk and blood of the cows with positive urine and milk are estimated quantitatively.Results indicated:Applying the ketone body powder judges subclinical ketosis of the cow,the positive response of urine ketone body is characteristic of the early stage,high sensitivity and low accuracy.Characteristics of the milk ketone body is accurate,lowly sensitive and convenient etc.It possesses better complementation for samples of urine and milk to be detected at the same time in ketone body powder.更多还原
