灰树花发酵液提取多糖的比较研究
Comparison of Polysaccharide Extracted from the Fermentation Fluid of Grifola frondosaby Different Treatments
【摘要】 以灰树花发酵液为原材料 ,采用酸法、碱法、盐法和中性热水法提取灰树花发酵液纯多糖 ,提取量分别为 0 8%、 1 0 9%、 1 96 %和 1 34%。
【Abstract】 Using the fermentation fluids of Grifola frondosa as raw material,pure polysaccharide was extracted by acid,alkali,salt and neutral water.The extracted quantity was 0 8%,1 09%,1 96% and 1 34% respectively.
