瓶(桶)装饮用水卫生标准的研究
Study on the hygienic standard of bottled drinking water
【摘要】 为制定瓶 (桶 )装饮用水卫生标准 ,对山东、四川、浙江、辽宁和北京的瓶 (桶 )装饮用水进行了调查。通过对调查所获的 15 5 6个数据的研究分析 ,结合有关国际标准 ,提出了我国瓶 (桶 )装饮用水卫生标准的建议值 :色度≤ 10 ,浑浊度≤ 3,不得有异嗅异味 ,不得有肉眼可见物 ;亚硝酸盐≤ 0 0 0 5mL L ,耗氧量≤ 2 0mL L ,铅≤ 0 0 1mL L ,砷≤ 0 0 5mL L ,铜≤ 1 0mL L ,余氯≤ 0 0 0 5mL L ,挥发性酚≤ 0 0 0 2mL L ,三氯甲烷≤ 0 0 2mL L ,2 2 6镭放射性≤ 1 10Bq L ,溶解性总固体≤ 2 5 0mL L ,钠≤ 8mL L。菌落总数≤ 5 0CFU mL ,大肠菌群≤ 3MPN 10 0mL ,霉菌≤ 10CFU L ,酵母菌≤ 10CFU L ,致病菌不得检出。
【Abstract】 To formulate a national standard of hygienic quality of bottled drinking water, 1 556 locally produced samples of bottled drinking water form Shandong, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Liaoning provinces and Beijing were randomly collected from market and investigated. Based on the obtained data and several foreign reference materials, the following are recommended as the national hygienic standard for bottled drinking water: color index ≤10; turbidity ≤3; no peculiar smell and taste; no visible suspension or precipitation; nitrite ≤0.005 mg/L; oxygen consumption ≤2.0 mL/L; trichloromethane ≤0.02 mL/L; 226Ra radioactivity ≤1.10 Bq/L; soluble total solid ≤250 mg/L; sodium ≤8 mg/L; total bacterial colony ≤50 CFU/mL; Bacillus coli ≤3 MPN/100 mL; Fungi ≤10 CFU/L; yeast ≤10 CFU/L; no detectable pathogen.
