【摘要】 倾销和反倾销是国际经济的一种现象,中国出口企业在过去深受国外反倾销之苦,损失了很多应得的贸易利益。入世后,中国企业要熟悉WTO《反倾销协定》的规定,反思以前遭到国外反倾销的原因及经验教训,运用WTO基本规则,尽量避免遭到反倾销。同时要制定应对国外反倾销的措施,在遭到反倾销指控后积极应对。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dumping and anti-dumping is a phenomenon in world economy.In the past,Chinese enterprises engaged in exporting suffered a great deal from anti-dumping abroad,lost a great deal of interest form trade.After entering WTO,Chinese enterprises should acquaint themselves with the stipulations of the WTO < Anti-Dumping Agreement > ,re- fleet on the causes and lessons from anti-dumping suffered abroad,and try hard to use the basic WTO stiplations to avoid sufferings from anti-dumping.At the same time,it is also necesary to formulate measures to cope with antidumping abroad so as to counter anti-dumping when encountered.更多还原
