纳滤在纺织废水深度处理中的应用

【摘要】 该文介绍了纳滤工艺在国外纺织废水回用中的工程实例。纳滤工艺无论对废水中疏水性染料还是亲水性染料都有很好的分离效果,并对高价离子和微污染物质等都有很高的去除率,尤其适用于纺织废水的深度处理和染料的提纯。纳滤工艺操作压力比反渗透低,可降低纺织废水的处理成本。

【Abstract】 The foreign practice examples of nanofiltration for textile wastewater reuse were introduced in this paper. Nanofiltration process can easily separate not only the hydrophobic dyestuff but also the hydrophilic dyestrff from the textile wastewater, and the removal efficiency of multivalent iron and micro-pollutant from wastewater is high. It is especially suitable for the treatment of textile wastewater and purification of dyestuff. The operation pressure of nanofiltration is lower than the reverse osmosis’s, so the cost of textile wastewater treatment can be cut down.
