【摘要】 本文在分析中国网络出版人才背景和网络出版现状的基础上,着重就如何培养中国网络出版人才提出了自己的见解和措施。

【Abstract】 This thesis, based on an analysis of the background of China’s onlinepublication professionals and the status quo of the trade, proposes the author’s opinions and measures as on how to cultivate China’s professionals in the field of online publication.
