厚壁铝合金铸件热处理工艺研究

【摘要】 对厚壁ZL101(及含Ti 0.18%的ZL101)铸件的热处理工艺进行了研究,分析了不同壁厚和不同铸造方法对热处理工艺的影响,并确定了合理的热处理工艺。

【Abstract】 The Paper studied the heat treatment processing of ZL101(ZL101 having 0.18%Ti) aluminium alloy castings, analyzed that the thickness and casting method how to effect the heat treatment processing and gave a sound heat treatment processing.
