【摘要】 目的 :检查眼库角膜保存液中供体角膜片质量。方法 :在普通裂隙灯显微镜下颌托的基础上 ,安装自行设计的眼库用瓶托。将装有角膜片的保存瓶放入瓶托中检查角膜片的质量。结果 :通过改良后的裂隙灯显微镜 ,能够清晰地从角膜内皮面检查装在角膜保存液中的供体角膜片的各层结构。结论 :为眼库确保供体角膜片的质量提供了有效的检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To examine the quality of the donor corneal tissue preserved with Optisol.Methods:An auto-designed bottle underprop was installed on the chin underprop of slit lamp microscope,and it was applied to examine the quality of donor corneal tissue preserved in bottle with Optisol.Results:The donor corneal layers preserved in bottle with Optisol could be observed clearly from endothelial layer to epithelial layer by improved slit lamp microscope.Conclusion:An effective examining method is supplied to assure the quality of donor corneal tissue from eye bank.更多还原
