精神分裂症患者细胞免疫及体液免疫的研究
Investigation of T cell subsets, immunoglobul ins and TNF-α of peripheral blood in schizophrenic patients
【摘要】 目的:探讨细胞免疫及体液免疫在精神分裂症病人中的改变及临床意义。方法:用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶标法(APAAP)检测T细胞亚群,免疫单扩法检测免疫球蛋白,酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测TNF-α。结果:患者CD3+T细胞,CD4+T细胞及CD4+/CD8+T比值均比正常对照显著降低(P<0.01);lgG含量显著升高(P<0.01),病程大于5年者CD3+T细胞及CD4+T细胞降低更明显(P<0.05);家族史阳性者CD3+T细胞,CD4+T细胞,CD8+T细胞显著低于家族史阴性者(P<0.05);CD3+T细胞与SAPS总分之间呈负相关(r=-0.34215,P=0.0285)。结论:精神分裂症存在免疫功能低下,其降低的程度受家族史影响,且随病程延长而加剧;病人症状严重程度与免疫功能的降低程度有关。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the changes and clinical implications of T cell subsets, immunoglobulins and tumor necrosis factor - α (TNF- α) of serum in schizophrenia. Methods: APAAP was used to detect T cell subsets and single immunodiffusion was used to detect immunoglobulins and ELISA was used to detect TNF- α. Results :In 41 patients, CD3+ T cell,CD4+ T cell and CD4+CD8+T cell rates were significantly lower than normal controls(P<0.01) ;lgG was significantly higher(P<0. 01) ;CD3+T cell, CD4+T cell, and CD4+ /CD8+T cell rates in patients with positive family history(24/41) were lower than those with negative family history(P < 0. 01), Both groups had a significant decrease from normal controls(P<0. 05) ; In addition, there was significant negative correlation between CD3+T cell and SAPS( r = -0.34215,P = 0. 0285). Conclusion :There were decreases of immune function in schizophrenics, which was influenced by inheritance and had a trend of becoming severer according to the length of course. The severity of symptoms of the patients had negative correlation with their immunity.
