【摘要】 目的　了解海门市学龄前儿童损伤发生现状 ,探讨损伤发生的特征及减少损伤发生的干预措施。方法采取分层随机整体抽样 ,由保健老师询问老师及家长并填写调查表 ,市妇幼保健所医生进行质控汇总。调查了海门市 14所幼儿园 2 3 4 8名学龄前儿童 2 0 0 2年 3月 1日～ 2 0 0 3年 2月 2 8日期间损伤发生的情况。结果海门市学龄前儿童意外损伤发生率为 15.55% ,男童高于女童 (P<0 .0 5) ;意外损伤的发生 3～ 4岁高于 5～ 6岁 (P<0 .0 5) ,夏秋季高于冬春季 (P<0 .0 5) ;男童前 3位损伤类型为跌伤、撞伤、动物伤 ,女童损伤类型前 3位为跌伤、撞伤、烫伤 ;90 .68%属轻度损伤 ,8.50 %属中度损伤 ,0 .82 %属重度损伤 ;家庭中损伤占 45.2 1% ,幼儿园中损伤占 43 .2 9% ,路途中损伤占 11.50 %。结论海门市学龄前儿童意外损伤发生率较高 ,采取综合安全防范措施 ,能够减少学龄前儿童意外损伤的发生更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To describe the status of unintentional injury among preschool children in Haimen city, and to find its features as well as some interventions to reduce the occurrence of injury.Methods The samples are got by a random cluster sampling divided by different layers. health care teachers talked to the teachers and parents, and asked them to fill in the investigation tables. All these statistics were collected by doctors in Women-and-children Health Center with sophisticated quality control. We studied the injury status from March 1, 2002 to February 28, 2003 among 2348 preschool children in 14 kindergartens in Haimen.Results The incidence of unintentional injury among preschool children was 15.55% in Haimen. Boys had a higher risk than girls(P<0.05), children aged 3-4 years old higher than those aged 5 to 6 years(P<0.05),summer and autumn higher than winter and spring(P<0 05). The top three causes of injury were falling, collision, and animal hurts for boys; falling, collision, and scald for girls respectively. Among these injuries, 90.68% were mild, 8.50% were moderate, and 0.82% were severe. 45.21% injuries happened at home, 43.29% at kindergartens, and the rest 11.50% on the way.Conclusions The occurrence of unintentional injury among preschool children in Haimen was comparatively high. However, it can be reduced after comprehensive protective measures taken.更多还原
