【摘要】 效率一直是医院经济管理的重点问题。本文利用线性比分析和数据包络分析两种方法对东营市城乡共 6 0所一级医院进行了服务效率评价研究 ,分别对城乡一级医院 1997- 2 0 0 1年的服务数量、医院投入、医疗服务产出等指标做了比较分析。结果表明 ,城市和农村地区一级医院效率都不甚理想 ,特别是城市地区一级医院五年间效率呈现下降趋势。农村地区一级医院效率要优于城市地区一级医院。更多还原

【Abstract】 Efficiency of hospital services has been one of the most important issues for hospital management. This paper measures and compares the efficiency of primary hospitals by using unidimensional ratio and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in Dongying city. There were totally 60 primary hospitals investigated. The main contents include hospital inputs and outputs. The results indicated that between 1997-2001, the efficiency of urban and rural primary hospital is low, especially in urban primary hospitals with a decreasing trend.更多还原
