【摘要】 分析了中南林学院人事信息管理的现状和存在的问题:信息管理方法和手段落后,没有形成科学合理的人事信息管理体系,人事信息管理零乱,信息更新难度较大,信息加工与处理更加困难,人事管理工作效率不高。近年来,高等学校的迅猛发展与人才流动频率的加快,对高等学校的人事管理提出了更新、更高的要求,进一步加快人事信息管理的现代化进程,促进人事信息管理系统的研究与开发,从而实现高等学校人事管理的全面信息化,势在必行且具有重要的理论和现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper first analyses the existing problems regarding personnel information management in Central South Forestry University. The problems are: backwardness of management approach and methods; lack of a scientific and proper management systems; disorder in information management; difficulties in updating and processing the information; and low management efficiency. In recent years, the rapid development of colleges and universities and the increasing flow of talents have set new and higher requirements on the personnel information management in colleges and universities. Therefore we should improve information management by ways of promoting relevant researches and developing more efficient personnel information management systems, realizing a full-scale informationization of personnel management.更多还原
