镉对长江华溪蟹精子发生过程中细胞核超微结构的影响

【摘要】 目的 :为了研究低浓度镉 (1.87mg/L)在三个不同时间段 (5d、15d、30d)里对长江华溪蟹 (SinopotamonyangtsekienseBott 196 7)精子发生过程中细胞核起超微结构的影响。方法 :应用透射电镜 (TEM)技术。结果 :在各生精细胞中细胞核均有不同程度的变化 ,首先受影响的是核的形状 ,从正常的圆形或卵圆形的核 ,到处理后形状多样 ;其次是核膜的变化 ,先肿胀膨大 ,进而破裂 ,核孔增多。同时核内染色质也受到影响 ,分布不均匀或聚集成块 ,核仁有或无。结论 :低浓度镉对长江华溪蟹精子发生过程中细胞核超微结构的影响 ,为进一步探讨镉对核内遗传物质的影响奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 Objective:In order to study effects of low dosage of Cd 2+ (1 87mg/L) on ultrastructure of spermatogenic cell nucleus at the defferent times (5d?15d?30d). Methods: By methods of transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Results: The results showed that the nucleus were affected by the low dosage of Cd 2+ during the whole process of Spermatogenesis.At first,the nucleus shape varied from spherical or ellipsoidal to all kinds of shapes.Second,nuclear membrane appeared swelling,and disintegrated in the long times,at the same time the quantities of nuclear pores were increased.Third,the chromosome were massed.Conclusions: It makes basis for further exploring the effects of low dosage of Cd 2+ on cell nucleus.
