【摘要】 分别用一品红(EuphorbiapulcherrimaWilld)自然植株的叶片、叶柄、休眠芽、顶芽、带皮茎段、去皮茎段,以及经一段时间组织培养的试管苗相应器官作外植体,进行愈伤组织诱导能力的研究.结果表明,在所有试验过的外植体中,以试管苗的幼茎、幼叶为最好,自然植株上所取的幼茎、幼叶次之,愈伤组织诱导率分别为100%和95.0%;叶柄的愈伤组织诱导率极低,为15.0%左右;休眠芽、顶芽均未能诱导成功.更多还原

【Abstract】 The callus were inducted on MS medium with leaves,petioles,dormant buds,apical buds,stems as explants respectively.The results indicated that the leaves,stems of testtube plant is the best among explants mentioned above.The induction rates of callus from leaves and stems of testtube plants and of old plants were 100%,95% respectively,with the former being obviously better than the latter,but the rates of callus from petiole carried no significance for either,it is 10%.However,there were no callus induction from such explants as dormant bud and apical bud.更多还原
